A master’s degree in HR A professionally qualified human resource practitioner Post graduate qualification in Human Resource Management
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS Significant experience in a similar position at Management level Experience of leading team Strategic thinker, excellent analytical skills, people management skills Ability to work under pressure Culturally sensitive Knowledge in HRIS Experience in employee's compensation and benefits, including design and implementation of pay bonus

STAFFING


Identifying and fulfilling talent needs


Utilizing various recruitment technologies to acquire high volume of applicants


Maintaining ethical hiring practices and aligning with regulatory environment


Writing employment contracts and negotiating salary and benefits in accordance with company policy


DEVELOPMENT


Training and preparing new employees for their role


Providing training opportunities (internal training, educational programs, conferences)


Preparing management prospects and providing feedback to employees


COMPENSATION


Setting compensation levels to match the market, using bench marks such as industry standards


Negotiating group health insurance rates, retirement plans and other benefits with third party providers


Discussing pay raises and other compensation increase with employees in the organization


Ensuring compliance with legal and cultural expectations when it comes to employee compensation


PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL


 Developing clear, realistic performance standards


Determine performance level with performance standards


SAFETY AND HEALTH


Ensuring compliance with legal requirements based on job function for safety measures


Implementing new safety measures when laws change in related industry


EMPLOYEE AND LABOUR RELATIONS


Collaborate with all departments and branches to define and monitor policies and performance indicators


Mediate disagreements between employees and other employees


Mediate disagreements between employers and employees
